Usage Instructions
Recommended Dosage
- 2 capsules per day in a single dose with a large glass of water
- From day 1 to day 15 of the month, or 1 month on / 1 month off alternating with Evening Primrose
- For women over 45: use Phytescens Slimming-Retention F21
