Day 1 → Day 15: Phytescens Femme F15-45: supports overall cycle balance (estrogenic phase)
Day 16 → End of Cycle: Phytescens Enothéra: targets the luteal phase (GLA/PGE1 deficiency)
After ovulation (Day 14-15), the body enters the luteal phase. The deficiency in GLA is most noticeable here; PGE1 (derived from GLA) must counterbalance pro-inflammatory PGE2. Hence the protocol: Evening Primrose in the second half of the cycle.
